Site Terms and Conditions

The QAU Programmers (from hereon referred to as ‘QAU’) makes this website and all related services available to any user (from hereon referred to as ‘User’). The use of this site entails that the user accepts and is bound by the following terms stated.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

The basic agreement is the Terms of Service ("TOS") which you are now reading. The TOS set out the legal terms by which The QAU Programmers makes its web site and services available. It must be clear that the User RETAINS OWNERSHIP OF ANY CONTENT COPYRIGHT even after submission to the Site. Nevertheless, the User gives The QAU Programmers, a nonexclusive, worldwide license to link to, replicate, distribute, amend, execute, present, license and sublicense the submitted Content.

User declares that he or she is the owner of the full copyright to all Content he or she submits to the Site. Similarly, User attests that he or she is authorized by the initial copyright holder to grant other parties the full rights stated in this agreement. Furthermore, User declares that none of the submitted Content is subject to any license (for instance, the GPL Open Source License) that would entail breach any of the rights bestowed to other parties involved in this agreement.

User accepts that he or she is SOLELY responsible for determining proper copyright ownership of all their posted content. User consents to assume complete liability for any disputes concerning ownership, copyright, or trademarks of any submitted Content. Additionally, User agrees and holds that QAU is NOT LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE in such circumstances.

QAU reserves the right to filter submitted Content. QAU declares the right to refuse to display, modify, or delete any content at its sole discretion.

User Conduct

Use of this Site entails that the User agrees to abstain from the following:

  • Limit or restrain any other user from using the Site
  • Post unlawful, fraudulent, hostile, offensive, or any other intolerable Content
  • Post or diffuse any information or software that contains a virus or other damaging or disruptive element/s
  • Post or diffuse materials causing infringement of another party's copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, and so forth

QAU reserves the right to block access, without prior notice, to any User who fails to conform to one or more of these guidelines.

QAU reserves the right to withdraw access rights to any User, at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

User concurs NOT TO REDISTRIBUTE ANY CONTENT ON THIS SITE (for instance, reposting source code on another web site) without possession of written permission from all parties involved. Failure to do so is a breach not only of this contract but also of copyright laws.
